It encrypts all of your personal information including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
Refund Policy: If you receive a product you did not order or which is damaged, you may return it within 15 days and we will refund you the purchase price or exchange it for another product of equal value. All returned items must be unopened and unused, in re-sellable condition and in their original packaging. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Please eMail us to make arrangements, and include all order information.
Damaged Goods: If you receive goods which are damaged or defective, please eMail or call 434-258-8588 and leave a message including your name, telephone number, order date and a brief description of the damage. We will do our best to replace the original order with product of the same or equal value.

Sales Tax: Uptown Stitches is located in Virginia, and the normal 5% sales tax will only be collected from customers with a Virginia address. Out-of-State orders will not be charged sales tax.
